AIDA Anti-Cellulite Manual Shower Massager Review
Springtime is finally here, to remind us to check the progress on our health and well-being resolutions we always make at the beginning of the year. How far along are we? Are we sticking to the good, healthy daily habits we said we’d implement?
With the new spring energy comes also the countdown to achieving our best version of beach body in time for the summer vacation. One of my constant beauty routines to get ready for summer is to have a weekly anti-cellulite routine.
In order to make sure it works for me, and that fits into my somewhat hectic schedule, the anti-cellulite regimen needs to take less than 10’ daily, ideally during the shower, needs to be inexpensive and to use natural, organic products. Last week I ordered from Amazon the AIDA anti-cellulite massager and shower scrubber, which I think is one of the best manual cellulite massage tools on the market.
Here are some things that made AIDA manual cellulite massager stand out for me:
I can use it in the shower or bath tub, as it’s design is waterproof and heat proof. I call it my Power Shower. I find that the most visible orange skin - on thighs and bum responds more efficiently if you massage it during or immediately after shower, as the blood vessels constrict and dilate, increasing circulation to those problem areas. I like to use organic coconut oil that I rub all over the problem areas, and then use the hand massager to rub in into the skin, oscillating the pressure: with gentle moves on the stomach and more active ones on legs and arms.Active movements help to break down the fatty deposits, so skin is smoother and firmer. Additionally, better circulation helps to improve lymphatic drainage, transporting toxins and impurities away from the body. Coconut oil is a natural fat burner so by using it topically, with massage, it helps to break down the fatty deposits. As well as being a natural fat-burner, it’s also oil, so it softens the skin, getting rid of the dimpled texture.
AIDA massager is ergonomically designed, with a patented sea cucumber shape and silicone nubs. The traditional manual hand massagers are round shaped, made of cheap plastic, and so much smaller than AIDA. If you’ve ever tried cheap plastic round cellulite massagers, you know that it can be painful to use - the small size makes it really uncomfortable for stomach or thighs, plus the plastic nubs are abrasive and leave red marks on your skin. I’ve been using AIDA for the past week and it makes a huge difference! The handle is generous and easy to grasp and you can actually appreciate the quality of premium material used in the nubs, as it’s gentle on skin, yet effective to fight cellulite
AIDA manual cellulite massager arrived protected in a premium box, along with detailed instructions for usage. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. Plus, as bonus included in the box I found a fun design facial exfoliator brush made out of silicone, which is great to use on wet skin, with a natural exfoliator gel - I like the apricot seeds exfoliator from any organic brand.
Massage is one of the habits for wellbeing that, if practiced regularly, improves not only the skin aspect and condition, but also your mood. Who can be stressed while getting a massage? 😉
If you want, you can enhance the experience and add an essential oil when using the cellulite massager. You can try grapeseed oil, which is rich in vitamins C, E and D and works extremely well for cellulite, or citrus lemon oil with its fresh scent and anti-inflammatory properties
